Sketcher’s Refund Class Action Settlement

If you purchased any of Skechers’ footwear called Shape-ups, Resistance Runner, Shape-ups Toners/Trainers, and Tone-ups since August 1, 2008 then you may be entitled to a refund.   Apparently Sketchers’ made a few claims that were later found unsubstantiated.  Head over here to read the details and get the Claim form.

You can see all of my rebate and class action listings here.

thank you refundcents

I purchased one pair of shapeups

You should go to that link and fill out the information they require. I am not certain of the requirements.

  2. Barbara Kayfman says:

Where can I get the forms to file for refund on My Sketcher Shape-up Toner Shoes.

    • dashingfordeals says:

If you click that link to the Settlement information then there is another link about mid-way down on the left and I believe you put your email address there. I am uncertain of the process from that point (I did not purchase these shoes and did not do the rebate).

i sent a e-mail june 1st for rebate it kept saying i didn’t have the right e-mail which is debbiemason60@yahoo.com

        • dashingfordeals says:

Debbie – I really can’t help much since I have no affiliation with either Sketchers or the Attorneys in charge of the settlement. I recommend getting in touch with Sketchers customer service and see if they can point you in the right direction.

    • I would like to get information about the sketchers shape ups. I have always enjoyed the shoes, and I own several pairs. However I did not get results from the tone ups. Do you have information about the rebate on the tone up sketcher?

  3. Louella says:

purchased shapeups in Nov. 2010. I called customer service in Feb. to tell them I could’nt wear them because I was having trouble with my left hip every time I did. They informed me, without the receipt, there was nothing they could do for me.

  4. I bought 2 pairs sketcher tone up

    • dashingfordeals says:

You should go fill out the form. I am uncertain of the exact details, but if you have proof of receipt then they may allow you to submit for (2).

  5. i PURSCHASED THESE CRAPPY SHOES THRU CHADWICKS..I WANT MY REFUND BEFORE I TAKE SKETCHERS TO COURT

    • dashingfordeals says:

I am just a blogger who posted about the settlement. I have no affiliation with sketchers.

  6. Looking for information on the sketcher tone up rebate. I have tried several web sites but have not found who or where to contact!

    • dashingfordeals says:

Susan, If you go to this link: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/cases/skechers/index.shtm there is a form that you fill out. It isn’t actually a rebate, but rather a Class Action. From the best I can tell it is a settlement that “is in the works”. The way I read it is you enter your information to get on file and participate in the claim once a settlement is reached. That is really all I know.

  7. I filled out their forms 6 months ago and was told that I qualified for a refund of $80 (two pairs) and haven’t heard from them since…

  8. when do the refunds start. I qualified for three pairs that is $120. and have not heard from them yet as to the refund.

I don’t actually know since I did not qualify for this settlement. You might check for a contact link in the settlement info.
