Stoner Invisible Glass Review and Reader Giveaway

I was recently given a set of Invisible Glass products from Stoner, Inc. to test and review and must say that I’m highly impressed by it!  No payment was received for this review other than the test products and an offer to send a set of products to one of my readers.

Stoner is a family owned business located in Pennsylvania.  They specialize in cleaners, lubricants and coatings for both business and consumer applications.  They make a whole line of glass cleaning products known as Invisible Glass.  They claim Invisible Glass is engineered with a complex multi-component formula that is more powerful than other glass cleaners, for an ultra-clean, streak-free shine on glass surfaces.  I tried out the Invisible Glass spray, Glass Wipes, Lens Wipes and their Reach and Clean Tool Kit and must say that I’m pretty impressed!

I started with my car windshield using the Reach and Clean Tool along with the Aerosol Spray (they make a trigger spray too).  Wow… it really worked!  My SUV is a whole lot taller than me, but I had no trouble reaching the front windshield with the Reach and Clean tool.  I just sprayed the cleaner onto the microfiber bonnet (it comes with several styles of bonnets) and was able to access it easily. The bugs came right off and there was no streaking at all.  The window turned out absolutely spotless.   I should also mention that the product is safe for all OEM tinted auto glass (which mine is).  After the car experience I was pretty anxious to see what it would do in the house.  Well, the product did not disappoint me.  It cleaned my sliding glass door so well that I was afraid my dog would think it was open and run through it.

I also had a canister of wipes to try out and found them very effective.  I actually ended up using them on my stainless steel appliances (the instructions just said they were for glass) and was surprised to find how well they worked for that.  My stainless steel sink looked as good as when I use the “Barkeeper’s Friend” and they made my toaster oven sparkle.  The wipes are pretty good sized and I was able to use one wipe for all appliances.

The lens cleaners were impressive as well.  Until now the only thing that seems to get my glasses truly clean is Dawn Dish Soap.  These lens cleaners were a whole lot more convenient and left my glasses completely streak free.  I’m definitely going to be purchasing myself some more of them.

There was only one thing about the product that I didn’t like and that was the smell.  It has a petroleum odor to it.  I opened the windows after using it inside the house and the smell dissipated fairly quickly.  The wipes were not nearly as strong so if you are overly sensitive to the smell then I’d recommend trying those for inside the car and house.

I think Stoner Invisible Glass is a great product and it definitely does what it claims to do. I’d recommend starting with their $29.99 Ultimate Cleaning Kit, which includes one Reach & Clean glass cleaning tool kit, 1 aerosol can of Invisible Glass Premium Glass Cleaner, 1 trigger spray bottle, 1 canister of Invisible Glass wipes, 20 individually packaged Invisible Glass Wipes, 1 microfiber glass cleaning towel, 2 packs of rain repellent wipes, and 1 headlight restoration kit.  It would also make a perfect gift for any car enthusiast.

You can read more about Invisible Glass Products, get cleaning tips and even watch instructional videos at www.invisibleglass.com.  Be sure to follow Invisible Glass on Facebook and/or Twitter.

Invisible Glass is available at several retail locations, including Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, CSK, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Pep Boys, Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes, True Value, and Meijer.  You can also order direct from Stoner.  They are currently offering a $4.00 rebate for any retail purchase and a $5.00 online discount ($6.00 for the Reach and Clean)

IT’S A GIVEAWAY (and a good one too)!
