Topricin Pain Relief Reveiw & Giveaway

Biomedics recently allowed me the opportunity to test and review their wonderful line of homeopathic pain medications.  I did not receive any form of compensation other than the product to review and another to give away.

Topricin Pain Relief Healing Cream is a Natural Therapeutic Topical Pain Treatment.  It is used by doctors and hospitals across the country to relieve pain associated with a wide range of ailments and injuries, including: fibromyalgia, arthritis, lower back and shoulder pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and sports injuries.  Topricin is formulated to stimulate the body’s natural healing process.  It is a greaseless, odorless formula that is paraben and petroleum free.  It contains no volatile oils, menthol, camphor, capsaicin, or other harsh ingredients.

Topricin was developed by Lou Paradise, a former Marine who suffered from a terrible case of bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome.  Unwilling to undergo surgery for this condition, he began studying physiology on his own.  He traveled to Hong Kong, met with doctors trained in Eastern medicine and learned about homeopathy.  Lou eventually began experimenting with various combinations of over 3,000 choices of proven homeopathic medicines until he perfected just the right formula.  He ultimately founded the company Topical BioMedics, Inc. and went on to develop a Pediatric formula and a Foot Therapy Cream to target foot and ankle pain (it is now a patented treatment for Neuropathy of the foot).

I have tested both the Original Topricin Cream and Topricin Foot Therapy Cream.  I found them to be of exceptional quality.  I used the Topricin Cream on sore back muscles (from my gym workout) and there was absolutely no odor at all!  The cream had no sticky after-feel and worked as well or better than muscle balm products I currently use.  There is also a children’s formulation of this cream, which I did not have a need to test.  I was very happy to discover this entire product line was not only natural, but  paraben free.  Parabens are the preservative of choice for most drug and cosmetic manufacturers (even natural products).  They are beginning to come under a lot of scrutiny for their estrogen mimicking effects (which is linked to a higher risk of certain cancers) and I like to avoid them when ever possible.

My highest praise is for the Foot Therapy Cream.  The product is advertised to help with a number of foot related ailments, including Plantar Fasciitis and Neuropathy.   I personally suffer from neuropathic foot pain and swelling.  I was very happily surprised by its effectiveness!  The burning on the bottoms of my feet was greatly reduced after applying the foot cream.  I did not find the cream to have any type of odor or unpleasant after-feel.  My only complaint about the foot cream is that the pain relief could have lasted a little longer.  I did find myself wanting to re-apply it after a couple of hours, but the pain was still somewhat less than when it started.

I would highly recommend the Topricin Creams to anyone who is looking for a more natural form of pain relief, especially for that of the foot and ankle.

The real benefit of Topricin in comparison to other muscle rubs and topical pain relief  products (besides being all natural), is that the homeopathic formulas are designed to not only provide relief of pain, but also to assist in the healing of the injured area.

Topricin is available in several different sizes, including a large 32-ounce pump for the Original Cream and an 8-ounce Tube for the Food Therapy.  It is available at nearly every major health food store as well as Amazon.com.  Check here to see if it is available through your favorite retailer.  You can also visit the Topricin Website to read more about the product line and the associated ingredient lists.  They also have a Facebook Page here.
